Classic car shows are the ultimate way to show off your car, meet like-minded individuals and learn new restoration techniques! When held on a hot summer day the atmosphere is great and there is even room to display and sell an array of parts and promote your restoration services.
What better way to celebrate your group’s love for classic car and motorcycles than with a spectacular awards night? Our largest room can hold up to 320 guests banquet style and our all-inclusive package can include a lavish 3-course private dining experience. Our chefs are passionate about all things food and can provide a delicious menu suited to your tastebuds. Our rooms can also be transformed with beautiful drapings and we can even provide a DJ and dancefloor!
We have 70 flexible meeting rooms to choose from, each with a range of different room layouts including boardroom, cabaret, classroom, theatre and U-Shape – perfect for training sessions and learning new restoration techniques. Our conference and training rooms can hold anywhere between 10 to 600 guests, meaning we have room for groups of all sizes!

Kents Hill Park Conference Centre is the perfect place to hold a conference whether large or small, they accommodate all your needs. We have held several events here both large and small and find it has never disappointed us, I would highly recommend this as an ideal place to hold a work event or venue for meetings/training. I must mention the food, the food and the variety are so good, that’s the bit everyone talks about at the end of the day.
The Kents Hill Park team understand the training business and if delegates are fed well and sleep well, this makes for an optimum learning experience when delegates attend their training. The hotel has gone above and beyond during COVID to make guests feel safe and share advance information on Health and Safety and cleaning regimes which bring comfort to delegates. We have always found the Kents Hill Park Team to have customer service at the heart of their delivery and look forward to working with them in the future.

I just wanted to send a note of gratitude to you and your staff for making the transition of going back into the training rooms as smooth as is possible for me, when I conducted a Transport Manager course at your conference centre. It was a particularly difficult time because of the Covid restrictions, but your team made it very easy for me from the moment I walked through the door. The room was laid out in a Covid compliant manner, and immaculately clean. The process at lunchtime was excellently managed at all times and the quality and presentation of the food was of the highest level. The efforts of your entire team made what could have been a difficult time very easy and meant I could just concentrate on delivering my course.
It was very refreshing to see The Venues Collection recently announce their stay safe, feel safe charter for conferences, training and events, not only did it show their proactive approach but the ability to be flexible and adapt during these unprecedented times. We shared their new six point charter with a client of Successful Events who regularly uses the group, they felt every point of the charter has been carefully thought out, has reassured them and given the company confidence for their attendees to return back to the venue and stay safe, feel safe.
Fantastic, clean building and surroundings, friendly staff, especially Theressa in reception, couldn’t grade her high enough shes a definite plus point on the staff rota, deserves a pay rise or a reward at least as she is professional, friendly and makes you feel totally at home.
