At Kents Hill Park in Milton Keynes, we have many flexible event spaces and we are always delighted to welcome craft associations to our venue, whether your passion is knitting, beading, weaving or another incredible craft.
We have 70 function rooms available, that can hold from six to 600 people so we’re sure to have an event space that is suitable for your craft group. If you’re likely to want to run different activities simultaneously, you can choose between hiring one of our larger event rooms and hiring some of our smaller rooms to keep the activities separate. We have various room layouts, including classroom, theatre and boardroom so simply pick the best one for you.

If you can’t spare the time for a whole weekend then you may be interested in our day delegate and 24-hour delegate packages. These include function room hire, a delicious three-course meal and accommodation for those staying over with the package.

We will transform one of our flexible event spaces into a banqueting hall to host a delicious three-course meal and drinks. We even have space for a DJ and dance floor if you’d like that.
We can offer you and your guests a range of dining options to suit you. Whether you’ll need a buffet for your event, a three-course meal with all the trimmings or a simple array of snacks and drinks to keep you going through your craft event, we’ve got you covered. Private diningIf you’re making a weekend of it, we have 300 double and twin guest rooms for you and the members of your association. Our Standard Rooms are very comfortable or for a little luxury, why not upgrade to one of our Superior Rooms? All rooms include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee facilities.
Our fully-equipped Nuffield Health gym is available to guests of our venue and can help you all keep up with your fitness routines while you’re away from home. In addition to the gym, there is also our swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa pool and squash courts so you’ve got plenty of options, whether you’d like to work our or chill out (or both). You can even hire our sports hall if you’d like to have a group sport session.

We have held several events here both large and small and find it has never disappointed us, I would highly recommend this as an ideal place to hold a work event or venue for meetings/training. I must mention the food, the food and the variety are so good, that’s the bit everyone talks about at the end of the day.
The Kents Hill Park team understand the training business and if delegates are fed well and sleep well, this makes for an optimum learning experience when delegates attend their training. The hotel has gone above and beyond during COVID to make guests feel safe and share advance information on Health and Safety and cleaning regimes which bring comfort to delegates. We have always found the Kents Hill Park Team to have customer service at the heart of their delivery and look forward to working with them in the future.
The team at Kent’s Hill Park were tirelessly helpful at accommodating our complex meeting and accommodation requirements. Given the additional challenges around COVID-19 – the measures put in place to make the venue COVID Secure were very good.
I just wanted to send a note of gratitude to you and your staff for making the transition of going back into the training rooms as smooth as is possible for me, when I conducted a Transport Manager course at your conference centre. It was a particularly difficult time because of the Covid restrictions, but your team made it very easy for me from the moment I walked through the door. The room was laid out in a Covid compliant manner, and immaculately clean. The process at lunchtime was excellently managed at all times and the quality and presentation of the food was of the highest level. The efforts of your entire team made what could have been a difficult time very easy and meant I could just concentrate on delivering my course.
It was very refreshing to see The Venues Collection recently announce their stay safe, feel safe charter for conferences, training and events, not only did it show their proactive approach but the ability to be flexible and adapt during these unprecedented times. We shared their new six point charter with a client of Successful Events who regularly uses the group, they felt every point of the charter has been carefully thought out, has reassured them and given the company confidence for their attendees to return back to the venue and stay safe, feel safe.
Fantastic, clean building and surroundings, friendly staff, especially Theressa in reception, couldn’t grade her high enough shes a definite plus point on the staff rota, deserves a pay rise or a reward at least as she is professional, friendly and makes you feel totally at home.
The staff at Kents Hill Park are totally awesome, so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious with plenty of options. My room was clean and fit for purpose. Huge thank you to all for a most fantastic weekend for the Craftathon event.
