Our flexible event spaces can hold up to 600 delegates for voluntary organisations of all sizes. Our rooms are adaptable to a range of layouts including theatre, cabaret and U-shape.

Breakout Spaces
We have a range of different breakout spaces throughout our venue, so your guests can stay relaxed and refreshed between meetings. All of our breakout spaces are stocked with fresh, healthy snacks, tea and coffee making facilities and a hydration station. Not to mention our fantastic leisure and sports facilities, which are perfect for team building activities such as five-a-side football and volleyball.

If your event isn’t going to be a weekend occasion, then our meeting packages may be more suited to you. We have day delegate rates available and a fantastic 24hr rate as well as accommodation-only rates.

We have 300 bedrooms for your voluntary group to stay in for the weekend. Our standard twin and double rooms are perfect for your event and all come with free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries, so you can feel refreshed and ready for the morning.

Private Dining in Milton Keynes
As part of your exclusive association weekend, you’ll probably want to be hosting something spectacular on the Saturday evening, where your guests can relax, eat and drink the night away. We can transform our conference rooms into a beautiful banqueting private dining suite, where you can enjoy a lavish 3-course meal, designed by our passionate chefs. Our largest room can host up to 250 guests banquet style and we can even include a dance floor, room drapings, table cloths and centrepieces.
