Our venue may have been purpose-built to accommodate large-scale events, but Kents Hill Park is home to a versatile range of spaces, suitable for everything from exclusive meetings with a handful of clients, to mid-size company away days and major conferences.
Capacity varies from boardrooms for 12 people or less to larger spaces that can hold 120, 250 or even 600 delegates – but every space offers natural light, comfortable seating which can be configured as you need, AV, hot drinks stations and high-speed Wi-Fi.

As well as our state-of-the-art indoor facilities and wonderful outdoor space, Kents Hill Park has 300 bedrooms in the two neighbouring buildings, connected to the main reception and foyer by walkway, so you can offer your delegates the option of a comfortable overnight stay. And there’s no need to source a caterer – we serve three nutritious, sustainable meals each day over at The Food Hub, with self-service, buffet-style meals that lend a sociable atmosphere.
Delegates can also squeeze in a workout before their day begins, or wind down after it, with a visit to our Nuffield Health Sports & Leisure Centre, which is home to an indoor pool and fully equipped gym.

We also have a PA and microphone system available for an additional cost.
We do not supply a corporate retreat package, yet we do offer catering, accommodation and team-building activities for your corporate event.
We offer a range of delegate packages including 24-hour delegate rates; day delegate rates; and weekend packages for a minimum of 10 people. View our meeting packages on the meeting page or conference page.
We offer free onsite parking for all guests.
Please note our car park is managed by Parking Eye. On arrival please ensure that you enter your car registration for your entire stay at either the main reception or in Nightingale House. Failure to do so will result in a parking charge from parking eye.
