We have the capacity for up to 600 delegates so no event is too big. Our classrooms are available for hire, even on the weekends, and at an affordable rate. We have 70 flexible and high-quality classroom spaces to choose from. Each of our seminar rooms can be tailored to your needs, with a range of room layouts to choose from. We have the capacity for 10 to 600 delegates, so we can facilitate to all of your teaching requirements. Our contemporary event venue is based in the centre of Milton Keynes and is easily accessible for all of your delegates to arrive to. We offer free onsite parking and are less than 5 miles from Milton Keynes railway station. Discover more on how to find us.
Our classrooms for hire are conveniently located in Nightingale House and are fully equipped, ready for you to start your seminar. We have superfast Wi-Fi, meaning that you and your pupils can log on simultaneously with no speed issues. Our classrooms also have climate-controlled air conditioning, a refreshment table with tea and coffee making facilities, snacks, a projector, flipcharts, pencils, pads and HDMI ports. A number of our classrooms also include induction loops so these would be recommended for anyone attending who has a hearing impairment.

If your seminar, conference or meeting is going to last all day, then we have catering options available for your delegates. Take a break from teaching with a buffet brought straight to your hired classroom. We have a range of buffet food to choose from that will keep your attendees refreshed throughout the day. Alternatively, you can opt to have lunch in our self-service restaurant, where you will find a range of hot and cold food options created by our talented chefs.

The Kents Hill Park team understand the training business and if delegates are fed well and sleep well, this makes for an optimum learning experience when delegates attend their training. The hotel has gone above and beyond during COVID to make guests feel safe and share advance information on Health and Safety and cleaning regimes which bring comfort to delegates. The team at Kent’s Hill Park were tirelessly helpful at accommodating our complex meeting and accommodation requirements. Given the additional challenges around COVID-19 – the measures put in place to make the venue COVID Secure were very good.
I just wanted to send a note of gratitude to you and your staff for making the transition of going back into the training rooms as smooth as is possible for me, when I conducted a Transport Manager course at your conference centre. It was a particularly difficult time because of the Covid restrictions, but your team made it very easy for me from the moment I walked through the door. The room was laid out in a Covid compliant manner, and immaculately clean. The process at lunchtime was excellently managed at all times and the quality and presentation of the food was of the highest level. The efforts of your entire team made what could have been a difficult time very easy and meant I could just concentrate on delivering my course.
It was very refreshing to see The Venues Collection recently announce their stay safe, feel safe charter for conferences, training and events, not only did it show their proactive approach but the ability to be flexible and adapt during these unprecedented times. We shared their new six point charter with a client of Successful Events who regularly uses the group, they felt every point of the charter has been carefully thought out, has reassured them and given the company confidence for their attendees to return back to the venue and stay safe, feel safe.
Fantastic, clean building and surroundings, friendly staff, especially Theressa in reception, couldn’t grade her high enough shes a definite plus point on the staff rota, deserves a pay rise or a reward at least as she is professional, friendly and makes you feel totally at home.
The staff at Kents Hill Park are totally awesome, so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious with plenty of options. My room was clean and fit for purpose. Huge thank you to all for a most fantastic weekend for the Craftathon event.

We are unable to offer face to face show rounds. However, we can offer you a tour by video call, please get in touch to arrange this.
Yes, please keep a safe space from others and wear a face covering in the venue at all times expect when seated to eat or drink.
Yes, all guests all team members will be required to have their temperature taken on arrival to our venue.
Anyone who has a high temperature will be asked to go into a separate room and their temperature retaken after 15 minutes. If it is still high, then they will not be permitted in the rest of the building and asked to return home.
