I just wanted to send a note of gratitude to you and your staff for making the transition of going back into the training rooms as smooth as is possible for me, when I conducted a Transport Manager course at your conference centre. It was a particularly difficult time because of the Covid restrictions, but your team made it very easy for me from the moment I walked through the door. The room was laid out in a Covid compliant manner, and immaculately clean. The process at lunchtime was excellently managed at all times and the quality and presentation of the food was of the highest level. The efforts of your entire team made what could have been a difficult time very easy and meant I could just concentrate on delivering my course.
It was very refreshing to see The Venues Collection recently announce their stay safe, feel safe charter for conferences, training and events, not only did it show their proactive approach but the ability to be flexible and adapt during these unprecedented times. We shared their new six point charter with a client of Successful Events who regularly uses the group, they felt every point of the charter has been carefully thought out, has reassured them and given the company confidence for their attendees to return back to the venue and stay safe, feel safe.
Fantastic, clean building and surroundings, friendly staff, especially Theressa in reception, couldn’t grade her high enough shes a definite plus point on the staff rota, deserves a pay rise or a reward at least as she is professional, friendly and makes you feel totally at home.
The staff at Kents Hill Park are totally awesome, so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious with plenty of options. My room was clean and fit for purpose. Huge thank you to all for a most fantastic weekend for the Craftathon event.
