About us
At Kents Hill Park, we offer a selection of 70 flexible and high-quality classroom spaces to choose from. Each of our seminar rooms can be tailored to your exact requirements, allowing for various room layouts to suit your needs.
We have the capacity to host anywhere from 10 to 600 delegates, ensuring that we can cater to all your teaching and training requirements. Our classrooms for rent are available for hire year-round, with options to book on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis, providing the ultimate flexibility for your scheduling needs.

Fully equipped classroom hire
Our modular classrooms in Nightingale House are fully equipped and ready for your seminar or training event. We offer superfast Wi-Fi, ensuring that you and your participants can log on simultaneously with no speed issues. Additionally, our classrooms feature climate-controlled air conditioning, a refreshment table stocked with tea and coffee-making facilities, snacks, projectors, flipcharts, pencils, pads, and HDMI ports.
Some of our classrooms also include induction loops, making them ideal for attendees with hearing impairments, ensuring that everyone can fully engage in your sessions.
Catering
If your seminar, conference or meeting is going to last all day, then we have catering options available for your delegates. Take a break from teaching with a buffet brought straight to your hired classroom. We have a range of buffet food to choose from that will keep your attendees refreshed throughout the day.
Alternatively, you can opt to have lunch in our self-service restaurant, where you will find a range of hot and cold food options created by our talented chefs.

Our classroom space for rent is suitable for a wide range of training room hire sessions and seminars. We have an abundance of space available which is great for first aid and ambulance training and our venue is frequently used for critical workers including but not limited to:

We offer LCD projectors and screens with free Wi-Fi included.
We also have a PA and microphone system available for an additional cost.
We do not supply a corporate retreat package, yet we do offer catering, accommodation and team-building activities for your corporate event.
We offer a range of delegate packages including 24-hour delegate rates; day delegate rates; and weekend packages for a minimum of 10 people. View our meeting packages here.
We offer free onsite parking for all guests.
Please note our car park is managed by Parking Eye. On arrival please ensure that you enter your car registration for your entire stay at either the main reception or in Nightingale House. Failure to do so will result in a parking charge from parking eye.
