With extensive facilities in the Sports and Leisure complex, delegates are able to continue their fitness regime, or choose to relax in the Jacuzzi after a leisurely swim.
A variety of classes from spinning to yoga are held in the Sports Hall which is also available for delegates to hire for team sports.

Sports Hall
Delegates can hire the Sports Hall for a range of activities such as five-a-side football, volleyball, badminton as well as joining in a range of classes that are held weekly in the Sports Hall.
We recommend you reserve your place in advance and can view the current schedule of classes in the Classes section of this site.
When you are arranging team building activities and experience inclement weather or would like your delegates to drum beat or create their own orchestra, our sports hall lets you be as noisy as you wish without fear of disturbing your fellow trainers.

Exercise Classes
Ab Attack
A class to strengthen the abdominal and core muscles working towards the flat stomach you’ve always wanted.
Body Conditioning
Total body resistance training using body bars and dumbbells. Suitable for everyone at any stage in their development.
Box-Fit
A boxing based workout including pad work, skipping, and medicine balls.
Cardio Circuit
A great cardiovascular workout featuring a circuit of exercises such as shuttle runs, skipping, step ups, spin bike, and ski twists.
Circuit Training
A fun class for all levels with a big variety of both cardiovascular and resistance based training as you work your way around the circuit of exercises. A total body workout!
Members Badminton
Meet up and play badminton with other members. All abilities welcome.
Members Football
Members are split into teams for games of 5 a side football. Everyone welcome.
Pilates
A mat based workout using controlled movements to strengthen the core, deep abdominal and lower back muscles and tone the whole body.
Spin/Spinning
Group indoor cycling classes. Tension control allows you to work at your own level and intensity regardless of your fitness ability.
Water Workout
A fun, water based workout designed to improve muscular strength and endurance as well as aerobic fitness. Suitable for non - swimmers. A good choice for those recovering from injury, pregnancy, or joint problems.
